A Week of Poems (6/12/22 - 6/19/22)
I write at least one poem every single day, and have done so since September 2014. Here are the poems I wrote over the last week.
6/12/22:
A Fair Assessment
A fair assessment
Of my fucking document
That’s all I want
From my secretary
Her hair is curly
And blonde and straight
I like to make love to her
In the fluorescent light
There’s a cleaning lady
Who watches our ever orifice
As we have sex in the office
We are pornography
For one person in particular
Makes us feel like stars
Amidst all this paper
And nonsense
Just once I’d like her
To admit it
Nothing we do here
All day matters
Closest we come
Is when we’re coming
Could create a person
If we left it in long enough
6/13/22:
Crimson Blood is My Favorite Kind
Crimson blood
Is my favorite kind
I prefer it to wine
Even though I never taste it
Just see it on my enemies
And their flags
I love it when the blood
Gets on the flag
It’s so rare it would ever
Splatter there
Usually they’re really high
Have to really slice someone
Good and arcing
It’s a goal I give myself
Every battle
My family all thinks
I am awful
I cannot be home with them
Without telling them
Some version of what I love
6/14/22:
Guns That Can Spell
Guns that can spell
Can win a spelling bee
And send all the kids to jail
It should be illegal
To be so bad at something
That some metal beats you
I need a tissue
I’m crying so hard
At the state of how good things are
Love is in the air
In every classroom all the most
Beautiful girls have crushes on me
School is a breeze
I just let my gun do the talking
Violence is not the answer
Artificial intelligence is
As I get all straight A’s
And have sex with all the straight girls
Life is about me just being me
And living dangerously
Peanut butter and jelly
In my lunch bag and bullets
For my special friend
6/15/22:
Cum Disrespects
Cum disrespects
All that it comes in contact with
Just stains the shit
Out of whatever
Life is a feather
Floating in a sandstorm
And I am always born
When I see her face
Doesn’t matter the her
It can be any girl
Or any place
I like that she is defiled
I don’t believe in filing anything
I hate the cabinets
All I like in life
Are beds and tissues
All I ever create
Erased away like
Liquid chalk
Life is a balk
And sex is baseball
And love is just talk
6/16/22:
Killing People Every Second
Killing people every second
Of every day
I like to throw the litter
So hard out the car that the can
Decapitates a man
I’ve driven all over the country
Just like and this with my biceps
Veiny and felonious
They say I’m a bad person
Or at least they would if they knew
I even existed
No one can conceive of my crimes
Being actual things
As I zoom anywhere I want
And even visit hot springs
Listening to Icelandic
Women sing
My life couldn’t be better
I live like a king
6/17/22:
God is Rid of Me
God is rid of me
I can feel it in his bones
He’s staring at the flower
As the hour passes by
I don’t want to go home
In a limousine or otherwise
I don’t even care
If the driver will stop for fries
I don’t want to cry
As the lover I have loved
Chooses to love some others
6/18/22:
Morons Come and Go
Morons come and go
Eating chocolate down the street
I swear their feet
All look the same
So swollen and lame
We don’t have work anymore
We don’t have suits or ties
We just have thick thighs
And pained cries
There is nothing stylistic
About it
Everything is grey
And I hope and pray
It won’t stay this way
That some rainbow will come
Down from space
And color this place
6/19/22:
I Like To Wave Them
Guns a blazing
I like to wave them
Across the sunset
I like to imagine
The sun can see
What the daddy is doing
I’ve got a fortune
And a hat to match
Big top hat that I wear
Always
Your mother is a blonde
With big boobs now
Don’t know what ever happened
To that woman that birthed you
Or why you’d ask
I drink drinks that
Come in a glass
I have sex that
Comes in an ass
Cheryl or Marci
Is her name the waitress
That I call my wife
And that I will make you
Call mom
Gun to your head
And to your bed
I’m not mad I’m calm
